The most useful four weeks your operations team will spend this year. Or your money back — we've never had to give it.
A landscape map of 15–25 AI use cases across your operation.
We interview 8–15 stakeholders across supply chain, finance, commercial, and IT — then catalog every credible AI opportunity, organized by function and value lever.
A dollar size for the top opportunities.
For the top 8–10 use cases, a quantified value estimate — working capital release, cycle time reduction, margin protected, or revenue uplift. With a confidence interval and a method.
A ranked, sequenced roadmap of 3–5 to actually do.
Ranked by ROI, payback period, technical readiness, and organizational appetite. Sequenced so each use case earns the budget for the next one.
A data readiness assessment.
For each prioritized use case, what data exists, what's clean, what's missing, and what foundation work needs to happen first. No surprises six weeks into the build.
A 30-day "Monday morning" action plan.
Concrete steps your team can take on day one: which use case to start, who owns it, what success looks like in 30 days, and how to staff it.
We respond within one business day. The first conversation is a 30-minute scoping call — no pitch deck, no sales engineer. We'll either confirm a fit and send a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours, or tell you we're not the right firm.
Why a fixed fee?
Because the assessment is a repeatable methodology, not a custom build. Same scope, same depth, same price for every client. You shouldn't have to negotiate the bill before you know whether we're useful.
What if we don't have great data?
Most clients don't. The data readiness deliverable is built around this — we'll tell you what foundation work is required and which use cases can move forward without it. Bad data doesn't disqualify you.
Who does the actual work?
Two senior practitioners. Always. No analysts, no offshore team, no rotating cast. The people on your kickoff call are the people writing the readout.
Is the assessment a setup for a larger engagement?
Honest answer: sometimes. When it makes sense, we'll propose follow-on work — and when it doesn't, we won't. Roughly 60% of assessments result in further engagement; 40% don't. We're paid the same either way.
What if you find we don't need AI?
We'll tell you. We've delivered assessments that concluded the highest-ROI move was a data foundation project, an org redesign, or a contract renegotiation — none of which we sold next. The integrity of the recommendation is the whole product.
How quickly can we start?
Typical kickoff is 2–3 weeks from contract signature. We hold 1–2 assessment slots open each month — when those fill, the wait extends. The current ticker at the top of the site reflects availability.
